YaleLA Day of Service: Rose Parade Decorating

On December 29, the Yale Club of Los Angeles is gathering for a Yale Day of Service to decorate the Rose Parade floats for Kaiser Permanente, the AIDS Healthcare Foundation, or Donate Life!

If you’ve ever seen the beautiful Pasadena Rose Parade on TV, you might be surprised that all those colorful floats were put together with the help of volunteers like you! Every year, thousands of volunteers hand-glue seeds, bark and flowers on the Rose Bowl floats before their national tv debut.

Come decorate a float in a fun, hands-on Yale Day of Service event with fellow Yale alums in this annual Pasadena tradition while giving back to these important organizations!
