Join us for a festive and informative evening, featuring food tastings from Real Food Daily Restaurant, 118 Degrees Restaurant, and Flow Foods Chocolatl, paired with organic wines. As we sample delicious food and wine, the co-creators of You Are What You Eat Food Tours, Yolanda Quiroz Soto (SLS ‘00) of IM: Center for Integrative Medicine, and Christy Funk of Belly Sprout, will discuss the connection between what we eat and how it affects us in body, mind and spirit.
